As an extensively trained Breathwork facilitator in the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® I will guide and hold space for you together in a sacred container and community of women for 12 Online breathwork journeys over 11 months, landing on 12 full moons.
During this time we will explore the essence of compassion through the lens of the deity 'Tara' and her 21 manifestations, qualities and characteristics to evoke a more compassionate life.
The energy of the full moon supports and signifies release and the manifesting of intentions. A beautiful time of illumination and energy to evoke more clarity, supporting transformation and intentions.
Included in the container is a WhatsApp group for connection and prompts for deeper growth following the moon cycles. Plus discounted 1:1 Online and in-person sessions.

Sacred women's breathwork - 12 Moon journey
10% of your ticket price goes towards a mission to help Nepali women. On a recent trip to Nepal I discovered a world which felt far from Australia in distance and in the treatment of women. On a quest for knowledge and understanding I found a store 'Local Womens handicrafts' which empowers women by providing supportive conditions. Local Women’s Handicrafts’ mission is to provide a living wage, empower, and educate artisans.
