Experience the power of breath in an intimate breathwork journey. Held in the beautiful Lotus room at Bamboo buddha, Holgate, Central coast, NSW. 12th December 2025 and continuing every second Friday of the month. Lets walk this healing path together, to support you on your journey to your most authentic self expression!

I will gently guide you to access your breath using the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® to release tension, find presence, access innate wisdom, find clarity and release patterns and behaviors hindering your vitality.
landing on 12 full moons we will gather and breathe. The energy of the full moon supports and signifies release and the manifesting of intentions. A beautiful time of illumination and energy to evoke more clarity, supporting transformation and intentions. Included in the container is a WhatsApp group for connection and prompts for deeper growth, being part of a community creates greater possibility for healing + transformation.
