BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK+
We transform into being increasingly present,
conscious and compassionate
Breathwork & Embodiment -
Breathwork is an embodied way of returning to presence through the breath and felt experience. It is offered as a gentle, trauma-informed practice that supports awareness, regulation, and returning to the body with care.
Breathwork is offered as a space to slow down, soften into presence, and allow what is no longer needed to naturally fall away.
What to Expect -
Check-in & Orientation
Sessions begin with a gentle check-in and clear guidance on how the session will unfold, with space to arrive, settle, and ask any questions.
Guided Breathwork
Breathwork is then introduced in a steady, attuned way — never forced. Sensations, emotions, or memories may arise. You’re invited to meet what’s present with curiosity and without judgment.
Integration & Grounding
After the active breathwork, we move into stillness and meditation to support integration, grounding, and presence.
Closure & After-Care
Time is held at the close of the session for reflection and sharing, and you receive supportive after-care guidance.
Who This Supports-
This work is offered for anyone who wishes to come home to their breath, return to embodied presence, and explore their felt experience in a safe, guided space.
What is BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® – The approach I use draws from the BioDynamic Breathwork framework, which integrates conscious connected breathing with mindful movement, gentle body awareness, and meditative presence. When held in a safe, supported field, this blend is designed to deepen awareness of how breath, body, and felt experience interrelate. In this method, unrestricted breath supports access to sensations and emotions that may have been held within the body. Rather than forcing release, the breath creates space for awareness and integration. This work respects each person’s pace, choice, and nervous system, and is offered within the same trauma-informed, consent-based container as the rest of the session.
FAQ - 1. Do I need experience with breathwork? No experience is needed. Sessions are guided gently, with clear orientation and support throughout. 2.What if I feel emotional or uncomfortable? Sensations or emotions may arise, and you’re always invited to meet whatever is present at your own pace. There is no pressure to push or release anything. 3. Is this safe if I’ve experienced trauma? Sessions are held with a trauma-informed, consent-based approach. You are always welcome to slow down, pause, or stop at any time. If you have specific concerns, you’re welcome to reach out before booking. 4. What should I bring or wear? Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe easily is recommended.
