BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK &

Breathwork

Breathwork is a body-led practice that uses conscious breathing to support greater presence, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with the body.

Sessions are held gently and with deep respect for your own pace — creating space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what has been held beneath the surface.

Jasmin is a certified Biodynamic Breathwork facilitator, offering a trauma-informed and intuitive approach that honours the intelligence of the body and the uniqueness of each person’s process.

What is Biodynamic Breathwork?

Biodynamic Breathwork is a profound system of body and breath therapy that integrates conscious connected breathing with movement, body awareness, sound, meditation, and somatic techniques.

These practices work together to support the body in softening protective patterns, releasing held tension, and restoring a greater sense of connection, flow, and aliveness.

Trauma is not only defined by major life events — it can also be understood as stress, emotion, or survival responses that were unable to be fully processed by the body at the time they occurred.

Over time, these experiences can remain stored within the nervous system and physical body, often showing up as:

  • chronic tension

  • anxiety or overwhelm

  • emotional numbness

  • disconnection from self

  • difficulty feeling safe, grounded, or fully present

Through conscious connected breathing and somatic awareness, the body is gently supported to complete what has remained unresolved — allowing space for release, integration, insight, and reconnection.

Nothing is forced.

There is no pressure to “perform” or relive experiences.

Sessions are guided with care and presence, allowing what is ready to shift to do so in its own time.

Breathwork may support:

  • nervous system regulation

  • emotional release and processing

  • stress reduction

  • reconnection with the body

  • greater clarity and self-awareness

  • grounding and embodiment

  • increased vitality and presence

  • softening long-held tension and protective patterns

Whether you are completely new to breathwork or already on a deeper path of self-exploration, these sessions offer a space to meet yourself exactly as you are.
