As an extensively trained Breathwork facilitator in the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® I will guide and hold space for you together in a sacred container and community of women for 12 Online breathwork journeys over 11 months, landing on 12 full moons.

During this time we will explore the essence of compassion through the lens of the deity ‘Tara’ and her 21 manifestations, qualities and characteristics to evoke a more compassionate life.

The energy of the full moon supports and signifies release and the manifesting of intentions. A beautiful time of illumination and energy to evoke more clarity, supporting transformation and intentions.

Srī rāma, jaya rāma, jaya jaya, rām aum

During this mantra you can imagine connecting with your soul or energy body, imagine it expanding outside of your physical body.

Growing bigger, not trapped by the confines of the physical body.

This manta means and is the energy of evocation, embodiment, Om and victory to Rāma the self within. Victory, victory to Rāma

The problems can come when we have our own ideas and expectations.

Know your thoughts are being heard and you are being taken care of.

I had been missing having a home, stability, space for personal practices, all the things that come more easily when you have a solid base as a home. We had been offered to stay on a friends property, a newly purchased home on some land in Tasmania, there’s a little school house from the 1800’s we have access to, at first I didn’t see the gift in what had aligned for us.

I resisted staying at the spot because of some initial feelings of uneasiness and uncertainty.
After a few days I realized ahhhh of course I had been missing home! having a sacred space to do practices and art, and here it is!

The gift, a space to be and do exactly what I had been asking for yet I anticipated and had my own perception to get my needs met and how that would look. But this is even better, it wasn’t the all of nothing solution that came to my mind, it means I can feel and experience the benefits of home and stability for some time without the need to stop travelling and find a home, it can be both!

She’s finished - hand carved from a solid piece of of wood, using a carving axe then slöyd knife. Brought to life in the Wild West of Tasmania.

The mother goddess - I can’t say I know everything about this goddess however now that I have brought to life a physical vessel of an energy which has visited me for a while now appearing in breathwork sessions, I feel I will get to know it better.

This mother goddess is gentle and extremely warm and nurturing, like the warmth of the sun with its embracing radiance.

Imagine the round face of a wise crone, face with deep creases and round cheeks, gently smiling, the colour of the burning sun with rays around the face. A sun goddess, mother sun.

She brings support, warmth, growth, holding and nurturing love. Forever present and stable. As if we are the seed and the sun allows us to grow and unfold, to move towards it, opening and blossoming. This is the mother sub goddess.

Are you ready to adorn your body, your soul, your spirit and your life?

To adorn means to add beauty to, to re pattern consciousness, to add sacredness to your body vessel, a creative, energetic imprint.

To choose to adorn with a sacred marking is a choosing of sacredness, of authenticity, to hold permanently with ink and creative soul expression the value and desire of sacredness and authentic expression on your life path.

These sacred marking ceremonies combine tuning in to your soul and bringing to light anything present that may be holding you back or that needs to be brought to awareness, a collaboration of bringing to life a sacred marking which is an energetic symbol helping to align you which radiates elements of a desired way to feel and be in this life.

We connect authentically as we are in this session, unpacking what ever feels relevant, then start to connect more deeply on a soul level. This may include, sound healing. Using the breath to go deeper or just stillness.

I have recently spent 4 days in a shamanic container learning rituals and mostly connecting to others in our container, creating a community bond whilst also receiving information for contemplation on who we are, how we show up in life.

During my time in this space, I received the information again and again on slowing down, the need for me to create slowness, to stop doing, don't pursue business, focus on my kids and my attunement to them. This was all very well and I felt I understood it... all I do are things I enjoy! I love holding space for others, I love creating advertising posts ( a new love of mine, creating in Canva!) I feel excited for holding groups and have many exciting ideas! but I felt the need and got the message again and again to stop! 
So okay I got it.. ill stop, Im not only listening but ill act on this advice, I won't go ahead with the online and in person events on the 1st March ( This is the important info for those of you who have signed up)

As soon as this decision felt final and understood I quickly felt numbness, a sense of myself disappearing, my vitality depleted.. what's going on I thought.. currently reading a purposeful book 'The illumination process by Alberto Villodo... Divine timing id say. I got the advice to just witness the emotion without the story.. so I did just that.. after a day or so sitting in the uncomfortable state I was in.
I felt deep sadness, that feeling of being hollow, invisible, the panicked thought of "If I don't do, achieve, make something of myself, who will see me" feeling worthless, not valuable. I just let the sadness be there, witnessing the thoughts that floated in but not holding on to them or judging them. The feeling seemed to dissolve.

Messages of intentional slowness have been in my awareness for a while now. As the messages and signs have become louder and more obvious + having spent 4 days in a shamanic container with an amazing group and @orion_shaman confirming my need to find stillness and slow intentional action. This leads me to creating this for the boys also as a homeschool family. Our lives, passions and interests weave together. I am already feeling the gifts within myself and externally. Checking with my heart and intuition on where I place my time and energy, not spreading myself too thin or burning the candle at both ends. In a world of doing and achieving it is important to notice and have intention in our days, to be purposeful, trusting our path and in divine timing. Go with the flow, the natural rhythm that flows from within, connected to something greater. The heart knows the way and the pace.

Having recently completed my final breathwork training I am now in the position to expand my offerings.

Though always a student, always eager and open to deeper lessons through my own personal path to greater self expression + deeper learning, expanding perspectives and understanding which I anticipate to learn and embody over the coming year where I plan to facilitate more 1:1’s and move into small group journeys.

My thoughts and pondering on BREATHWORK + FITNESS. In my experience having worked on my fitness and endurance before and after breathwork sessions, especially the deeps dives of multiple sessions, I notice a greater sense of presence, my thoughts don’t stop my physical body, stressful thoughts don’t interrupt my flow. A big one I noticed since in recent months I have been train running with some big hills.. I’d look up with the impending hill approaching or part way up and the ‘thought’ of making it that far felt too much to bear so I’d stop and walk or get my breath back. But before that I’d notice how much thoughts really affected my physical capability. It wasn’t until after my recent breath training and experiencing some big sessions that when I can back and ran the same hill.. I’d look up and that impending doom and stress of ‘making it’ wasn’t there.. instead there was calm, I was present with my breath and with my body. And a simple thought of if I make it up cool if I don’t then I don’t.. and I ran all the way up, steady body and breath and it’s felt easy.. isn’t it interesting how our thoughts do create our reality. How we live our life, day to day, how we view ourselves and how we interact with the world. Breathwork can support us to be so much more present, living in a more truthful way.

I have also been drawn to what appears to be a great teacher on my path for my own transformation as well as depending of my shamanic knowledge and skills also here on the central coast so it seems as though we will be back and forth while I embark on a 10 month journey intertwined with our further travelling Australia and exploring more of the east coast.

No doubt in person sessions are deep and powerful with the ability for so much healing to take place but who would have thought the online space could hold so much power and potential also!

Not me! I’ll be the first to say.. major skeptic, having been on the journey of only ever experiencing in person sessions as the breather myself and then holding space for others in person, I was committed and in love with the modality, experiences and potential.. this is why I was then so blown away by the depth of transformative and experiences in the online space, it was so unexpected.

These are some of the benefits of experiencing a session online, the availability and access to a facilitator plus being in your own home, in your place of comfort.

Plus, as with any facilitator of anything, naturally other skills and abilities, come in to play, which I think is amazing because it means, two people trained within the same modality will not hold sessions in the exact same way, we all have our uniqueness and abilities and experiences which Flavour our sessions.

Since I would say, I was one of the biggest skeptics at online sessions when it came to doing this portion of my training, this has also lead to what feels like the forever unfolding and amazement at the depth that can occur.

Claire had also mentioned during on of her breathwork trainings… that she found distant healing can be experienced even more deeply as a facilitator because we are relying solely on these extra senses, meaning bodily sensations, intuition, seeing, however we as a facilitator experience the connection with the client on the energetic level. The Skin contact or being in the same physical space isn’t there, those other senses become more obvious.

This is certainly the case for me in holding sessions and even more so which feels super powered, intense and heightened since spending more time on the land, more time connecting to subtleties, and I believe holding space while on the land, which is bringing its own energies to a session.

The journey of becoming.. or is it undoing? Being about to be more present in life, feeling more alive with the ability to bounce back with better ease from life challenges, coming out of those with depth of understanding and positive growth.
Whilst raising two boys holding the desire for them to be their most confident, capable and content selves, it feels as though again and again I am positioned to face parts of my that lay unconscious, to transform and grow in ways that better support and allow my true self to shine, witnessing that this also has a ripple effect to my family and those around me. Healing myself is multidimensional, creating a positive wave of effect through the past, present and creating a a joyful future.
I feel a deep passion to support others, to grow and allow their most authentic radiant selves to shine. To be in life present and feeling alive.
Having experienced many lows, feeling a lack of vitality in my body and in living, I learnt what it takes to feel emotion, being present in the body and that this is where healing takes place. Where we can discover our beliefs, patterns and generational hand-me-downs. It takes courage and for me it hasn’t always been easy to face, but in these times are the greater potential gifts, if we have the skills and know how.

When I land after travelling Australia I will have more pieces too offer through my online store, at the moment I believe I am gathering more experience in life, connecting deeper with the land, understanding transferred energy on a deeper level and picking up life skills and lessons as I go. Sound healing + Sound yoga or Union through sound.

Let’s start with the voice another powerful tool we all have access to, starting from understanding the power of thought, the unspoken, to words, their vibration and intensities, to learning to speak up or speak less, accessing the energy and vibration, the transformative qualities of using our voices for healing and purpose.

As someone who NEVER sang, spent days of not speaking at time in my teenage years I never dreamed that singing would be something I now love so much! This may not be everyone’s path and healing through sound isn’t to do with singing but for me this is what followed.

It started with mantra meditation- teachings through my sound yoga teacher training which I was lead to through discovering that we access powerful energy through word, especially mantra. Then engaging in a constant daily mantra meditation practice I began to experience the quiet connection to something greater, this stillness where vitality expanded, a quote that brought me to tears as times of connecting there.
I then uncovered the love of voice, a way to express, to move energy.

This then flowed into using tools, instruments and finding play and healing.

Having started tattooing in my early 20’s then going on to run a beautiful nurturing private tattoo studio in Fremantle WA where I enjoyed co-creating a space that supported the growth of other artists. Becoming a mother and having my world changed I started to desire to create an impact to do something more purposeful, to help others.

This lead me to learning reiki/ energy healing, to developing my psychic and mediumship abilities and coming across some great teachers on the path.

Notice your perspective on what you see and how you view your day and life, could you shift it to find beauty and gratitude. Using our senses is one quick way to come into presence. Being in the present moment there is stillness in noticing what is. Colour, texture, sights and sounds. This is also a meditation technique called beginners mind. The breath is a powerful tool to bring us into a state of presence and so is nature, I’m not sure whether to call unfortunate or fortunate. I guess it depends on perspective. But some current circumstances lead me to some deaths of fear, heartbreak, and desperation. I realized what I was experiencing in my daily life felt much like when you touch on something fear provoking in a deep breath session. I remember the times when I resisted what I was feeling and how hard it felt. And then also some advice given by one of my teachers on coming back to the body coming back to the breath and just allowing yourself to feel, as soon as I did, this, I fell a sense of vitality come back, having been feeling drained, and tied. I started to focus on my breath, realizing I was resisting and not just allowing life to unfold, so, instead of focusing on fear, I brought my attention to my surroundings and to nature, which for me has a powerful effect of capturing my attention.
